How to use
- To start a workout, create a new row through the "New Workout" template.
- In the new workout page's Exercises Log table, create a new row, enter the exercise name, exercise area, and weight used.
- If you use a routine, edit the "New Workout" template, configure the "Day 1 Routine" button and add in the exercises for that routine. If you have a multi-day program, duplicate the Routine button and configure each of them to reflect each day. When doing workout based on a routine, create a workout page from the "New Workout" template, then click the button to create a table. Once an exercise is finished, drag the row into the "Exercises Log" table.
- Workouts table only show workouts within last week. Toggle the view to "Calendar" to see entire history.
- If your workout is not based on weight and reps, but based on distance, time, or calories burnt, you can change the columns in Exercise Log to reflect that.
